What shipping options are available?
We currently offer 3 shipping options.

  1. You can collect directly from us. If you would like to choose this option we will contact you so please supply a contact number.
  2. Regular mail: The most economical postal option takes 3-5 days from time of despatch and is delivered counter to counter only. Time is calculated in working days.
  3. For a speedier service you can choose the courier option available overnight from the date of despatch and delivered to the counter of your local Post Office. (Delivery to remote areas may take longer) Delivery times are estimated and calculated on the number of working days (not weekends or public holidays) Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend may only be dispatched on Monday. All orders are subject to a R15.00 handling fee. All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary. Your shipping costs will be calculated on check out based on the weight of your order.

How will my parcel be packaged?
In order to protect your privacy our company name or logo will not appear on your parcel nor will the contents be specified on the outside of the package. Packages are sent in standard postal or courier service bags or boxes from W.S.E Logistics.

What are my payment options?
You can pay directly into our bank account via the an electronic transfer or a bank deposit.
